(A) – Zed’s Care products are made with clean, safe, and skin-friendly ingredients—free from harmful steroids, mercury, bleaching agents, and harsh chemicals. Our formulas are designed specially for Pakistani skin to deliver visible, long-lasting results without side effects. We focus on honest skincare that heals, protects, and restores your natural glow.
(Q) – Does the price of the order include delivery charges?
(A) – No. Delivery charges are not included in the product price. We charge a flat rate of Rs. 250/- nationwide on all orders across Pakistan.
(Q) – What should I do if I am not satisfied with my Zed’s Care purchase?
(A) – If you receive a faulty, damaged, or defective product, email us at zedscare49@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our customer support team will respond and assist you as quickly as possible.
Please note: Complaints made after 24 hours cannot be accommodated.

(A) – Simply visit our website, browse your favorite products, and add them to your cart. Apply any discount codes (if available) and proceed to checkout. In Pakistan, we support Cash on Delivery and credit/debit card payment options.
(Q) – How long will my order take to be delivered?
(A) – Our standard delivery time is 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Major cities may receive orders earlier, and Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad deliveries may arrive within 2–3 days after order confirmation.
